ERIE PRODUCTS COMPANY was established in Toledo, OH on January 1, 1989.  Richard Kern, President & Owner, saw a need for quality manufacturing & service of overhead cranes & hoists.  What started as a one man operation has since grown into a service fleet that handles a multi-state region covering the complete spectrum of the overhead crane industry. The name was changed to Ottawa Industrial/EPCO in 2001 at the merging with Ottawa Iron Works.
